exercise!

there are many types of exercise...physical, mental, social, aerobic, anaerobic, stretch...etc...
y do we need to do them?
frankly speaking...in my opinion- to be healthy!:D

well, my mother's advice today is not about those stretch, aerobic or any other physical exercise, today is about-

exercise books

i was introduced to these kinds of exercise at the end of yr school holiday standard 3...

"nex year yana da nak start blajar subject science, bace dulu buku beforehand time cuti nie, n wat latihan...so u can catch up nex yr!"...my mum said sumting like dis to me...(x ingt her exact words)

urm...well, u know...as i was growing up, i began to take serious wutever my mum advices me s they usually turns out to b true (like the specs n brooch case...tho i found it out way later in life)...so i did them...not all for sure!...only in d'first week of holiday...hehe

but now...in meds school...especially when we r being left to decide for ourselves to study or not...doing exercise is real damn IMPORTANT!...(whoa...now am telling people sumting i shud b doing myself...pray dat i'll do dem please~)

but of course...no matter how much u strive for an 'A', remember that fate is in the hands of Allah...once u've strive, u leave the rest...n insyaAllah He will give u the best!
