i left my purse!

it was a bright hot sunny afternoon...the kind or brightness that blind your eyes and the heat was somewhat slightly colder than an oven stove...i was walking alone...on the bridge across Nile river just after the final written exam...absentmindedly flipping through the textbook when suddenly, as i crossed the road...a friend of mine appeared to be walking the opposite way...i smiled but she quickly grabbed my hand and "lynn, i've left my purse!" with a face drenched with worry...

"o really?...where?"
"i think on the cars as i was filling up the questionnaire!"
"uhuh...what was in that purse?"
"my handphone n my keys...huhu!"
"owh...okay, let's go and search for it...i think it should still be there, the uncle who took care of that place is usually nice, if we can't find it we can ask him!"

and so i ventured the opposite way too...comforting her along the way, i dunno why i strongly believed the purse will still be there even though we are in 'egypt'...LOL

we reached the place where we were filling up those questionnaire forms...my friend's eyes were fixed at the car she banked on just now...the "uncle" who 'shoved' me away minutes ago gave me a curious look...

(come here!!!...wut a funny picture~)
"kullu tamam???...imtihan kuwayis?"
"alhamdulillah!" i smiled
"fa, fi eih?"...curious i think why am back in that spot...he was eager chasing students away after the exam...LOL
"urm...shantah bita'ha..." i pointed at my friend...and he quickly called my friend...
"shantah eih?...fi eh fi shantah?"
"fi mahmuul...wa miftaah..."my friend answered but she haven't finish her words yet the uncle took out his phone and announced...

"sout ya gamma'ah!...eih raqam el mahmuul?"...erk!, everybody in the vicinity turned towards us...

at the same time another uncle came with my friend's phone in his left hand...she attempted to take it but the uncle refuses to give it...

"elraqam awwel!"

so my friend gave him the no and he dialed the number and her phone rang...

"toyyib!"...and he handed us the phone with her purse hidden in his green "scrubs" pocket...

my friend, filled with gratitude, smiled the whole way back...but as we passed the forensic department her phone rang and we turned around and that uncle waved us with a wide sweet smile....
