the donkey in a well

observing the arrival of this year's jr brings forth memories of my days...miraculously, am going into my 4th yr now...haha...it seem just like yesterday my first time here...

jr mara

The Donkey in a Well

s usual...we tell them of how life in egypt...always expect the worst...haha...but to survive physical n mental dilemmas, jz be positive...which brings me to The Donkey in a Well story...

this story is among the 22 advises from dr fauziah which i met in langkawi...

well, normally...a donkey is known to be very dumb...but today's donkey is the one gonna motivate you...here goes~

once upon a time in a very humble and down throdden vilage, there was an old donkey, who worked very hard for his master every day of the year...one day, being very thirsty he went near a well longing for its water to rise up...a rabbit came passing by saw the look on the donkey's face...

'hmm...if only u r clever enough, u might get to drink from the well!' said the rabbit
'really? how so?'
'just climb up high enough to push that pail in and pull it back up with its rope once it's full of water...humans do it all the time!'
'but how to climb?'
'u have legs don't you?...use them! like this!'

the rabbit jumpped demonstrating...so the donkey, with a determined face aiming for the pail hanged on the well..jumpped with all his might...miraculously, he managed!...but sadly he landed....into the well...

'help!' he cried

peeping from above the rabbit looked down

'owh how thick can you be? why are you stupid enough to follow what i said???'

n he left the donkey all alone...so the donkey waited patiently...meanwhile, the farmer looking around worriedly for his beloved donkey became thirsty...he went to the well and to his surprise found out that his donkey was trapped at the bottom...

'dear dear...how did you get in there?'

he quickly ran back to the village and called people for help...interested on how a donkey manage to get itself into a well, many people came to see... and they discussed...

'it's really difficult to get him out!' said villager 1
'yes, the well is deep and the donkey is heavy, there is no way anyone can climb in and carry him out' said villager 2
'but he will die if we leave him there,by the way he is already old' said the farmer
'mmm...that solves the problem!' said vilager 1
'huh???'
'look...he's old, even if we manage to get him out he'll die eventually...so as not to make his death difficult, why dont we just bury him in here...and you can get another donkey for a change' replied villager 1

after considering that option, the farmer agreed to bury his faihful old donkey...so all of them helped to throw in sand...

but...

the donkey, sad at first on hearing their decision of burying him alive~, got another brilliant idea as a shovel of earth came down into the well...everytime they throw down the sand, the donkey climbed up onto the lumps of earth...and up, and up, and up he goes...until his misty old eyes get to see the shock on the villager's faces~...the donkey was saved!

-the end-

well, the lesson here...even on whichever side the donkey was being hurt (physically or mentally) he managed to look at it in a positive way...instead of being depressed about burried alive, he took the news nicely and managed to save himself...so, in reality...we can't avoid from being baffled by other though sumtime they did not mean it...so, just use what u are given at a time to make things brighter~

ya soidaliyah~

as i stroll along my familiar route to school with kak yana to send her back home we depart infront of the farmasi...a farmasi i love to crash in whenever in medical needs...bla3...so melodramatic...but this is sad~

though this is not the one...the pharmacy is the one dekat ngan kedai daging tuh...(tak taw bile nk amek gmbr kedai tuh)

as i waited for d-hah, kak yana told me...

"lynne tau x dr farmasi ni dah meninggal?"
"huh? meninggal???"
"a ah..."
"pak cik yg tembam2 putih2 pakai spec tue?"
"a ah...!"
"innalillah...huhu..."
"tu pasal farmasi ni x bukak2 dah since sebulan lepas~"
"dy x bkk da?...mane kak yana tau?"
"kinah kamil bgtaw...."

...shock!!!...

i am strongly reminded about an example a physiology doctor lectured us in my second year...
on how to understand the concept of the sensitization in short term plasticity of synaptic transmission...(cewah...mcm ingt, salin dr buku act...hehe)...she said~

it's like u walk evryday to school n u pass buildings...since it's your evryday route, u usualy took no interest in what's happening in the buildings around you...but one day...as you walk to school, a bakery you pass evryday to school caught a huge fire..."shock!!!"...starting that day on for another few days evrytime you pass the bakery, u will rmmbr it had burn down before until u get habituated...

that's what i feel like...dreading when will that pharmacy open its doors again evrytyme i passed it...only 2 and a half months away, and this news came...isk3

tribute to the farmasi owner~
(hehe...emotion is kind of wacky once i step foot in egypt)

eid mubarak's tragedy~

salam syawal~
:D

'my best shot on our fireworks...this thing is really difficult to snap!'

almost everything in this world comes in pair...man and women, big and tall... and even happiness and sadness.... it is a custom in malaysia on each raya celebration, everybody have to feel happy!...but it's pair is quite hard for us to avoid right?

i spent my second day of raya till yesterday in terengganu and honestly not one day has passed whithout this thing screaming around...>>>

'sampai x cukop minyak', my mum said!

owh why do we have to destroy our happiness with dumb accidents???...but, i don't think i need to point out the obvious accident here do i?...car crash (knp perlu bawak laju???...sbb da lambat!)...firework explosion (sile maen...tp, jgnla smpai putus jari!)...but the worst tragedy though i don't think most of us noticed are...

diseases related accidents...

  • heart attack
  • diabetic coma
  • stroke attack

and i notice these catastrophe are one of the most frequent callers for an ambulance!

'ambulance driver paling penat musim raye nie', again my mum said...

since we fasted for a month, still...it doesn't give us ticket to fill up our bellies till it burst~

all our raya delicacies contains loads of fat, sugar and salts...eating it once is enough to blow out a diseased person already...but numerous open houses needed to be attended...huhu~

nothing too much is good for us!

so, the conclusion is...eat to live don't live to eat!

p/s: i know this is a bit of fun spoiler...but too much fun is also not that good...:p...plus, credit to my mum as she never stop talking about health food throughout my summer holidays...hehe~

chocolate hazelnut cookies...nyum3...

sorry of the temporary uphold of my blogging...approximately 6 months after the last time my lappy was 'reformated',it agains gave way...have to be held captive for a few days in my uncle's fren's house...

anyway, it's nearing syawal...hehe...

it's sad that i don't think i've done the best i could to collect everything this ramadhan...also reminds me that i am only left with a few more days to be with my family here... but altogether, the spirit syawal brings is something to talk about...thus, our cookies step in~

this is absolutely my first time doing 'kueh raya' whithout my mother's supervision...not entirely though but the first few step i did it all by myself...since i love these cookies so much (finished a whole jar already...luckily another jar was spared for 'raya'...hehe)...am thinking of sharing it~

try it...i jz can't stop eating this...anyway, since tomorrow am going back to my kampong, i'd need to pause blogging for a while...hurm...

the saved jar of cookies...urgh!!!

slamat hari raya dan maaf zahir batin!!!

~it'd be sad to leave ramadhan whithout forgiveness and more blessings...since it is once a year...let's hope we are still alive for the next one!

accuracy...

assalamu alaykum...

today's tale that triggered my inner mind will be about the history of "ashabul kahfi"...which i assume most of you knew it,as it is also imprinted in our holy quran...

In the Name of Allah, the Most Benificient, the Most Merciful.

"and they stayed in their Cave, three hundred years, and add nine."

-surah al-kahfi verse 25 (literally translated)

what does the ashabul kahfi have anything to do with accurate?...well...it happened around january this year, one of my arabic teacher that tought me in egypt told us (my classmates and I) about what is hidden between this sentence...

why did Allah mentioned that the 'ashabul kahfi' stayed in that cave for 300 years and add 9 instead of 309 years?...there must be some interesting meaning hidden by the word 'add'...so al-mufassiriin studied this sentence and walla!~...they discovered the proof of Allah as the 'All Knower' and 'All Wise'...

on studying the meaningof this verse...they found out that, it was mentioned 300 years and add 9 because...

the 300 years represent the solar years whilst if we calculate it according to the lunar years it is 309 years...wicked huh?...
(each lunar year lacks 10 days compared to the solar years...)
isn't it amazing how accurate Allah is when retelling a history!!!! even on minor issue like this~ ...as we talk and retelling stories...sentences like this oftens comes out...

"erm...i think...maybe around three hundred years ago..."

"i dunno...it's sumwhere around 300 years i guess..."

many hesitance, loads of unsureness...well, Allah wasn't kidding when he sent down this verse...

"when you were propagating it with your tongues, and uttering with your mouths that wherof you had no knowledge, you counted it a little thing, while with Allah it was very great"

translation of surah an-Nur verse 15...

we could see now...by just talking, we might let slip some minor lies that may be completed into a big chaos... so being accurate is obligatory...we have to try, and if we do...what ever happens next we leave for Allah to decide...

~a sweet memory if i read surah al-Kahfi and a wonderful reminder to remember...
first of all to myself and for others...

destroying

as a human being...nothing is completely perfect...
but we must try to live as perfect as we can...meaning thoroughly~

because today i want to bring forth the second advise i copied from dr. jamilah;

"in whatever effort that we do, do not destroy something else!"

as we thrive throughout our live...we should realized that due to our lack of knowledge and greediness, we have doomed ourselves the end of our world...

- bombings
- harvesting (too much)
- hunting (too much too)

and all sorts of other stuffs...nuclear, oil and gas...
well, working for human's comforts is compulsory, but maintaining the ecological and world's physical balance is more crucial...isn't it?...

if only we studied everything thoroughly before recklessly practice them...

at least we get to excuse ourselves from any disaster...

is this understandable and worth to think about???

September 09, 2009

numb3rs...

assalamu alaykum~

today is about nothing significant...just about numbers...

today apparently is 090909...cool huh?
i've been dying since yesterday to make my post at exactly 09:09:09 a.m. 09 september 09... huhu...but i woke up at 9.30 a.m. and missed that moment...

looks like beautiful sequences is just not my destiny...hehe

last 7th august...my brother just reminded me that we missed a nice sequence...
12:34:56 p.m. on 7 august 2009...
it suppose to look like dis...123456789...

erm...
actually...
1234567809

so on 7th august 2090 the sequence must've look nicer...

will i still be alive at that moment?....hurm~

September 07, 2009

only fifteen years old...

as remembrance of the 17th day of Ramadhon al Mubarak...

nuzul quran

a.k.a. the time quran is bestowed on earth...one of the subjects we can learn from al-Quran is 'sabab nuzul quran' which means the study of why a certain verse is sent down to earth...

reminds me of a story from my ustazah (ustazah eifat) from egypt...a story happened a long time ago...after our beloved prophet (s.a.w.) passed away...a story encircling surah an-Nasr

In the name of Allah, the Most Benificient, the Most Merciful

  1. When comes the Help of Allah (to you, O Muhammad s.a.w against your enemies) and the conquest (of Makkah)
  2. And you see that the people enter Allah's religion (islam) in crowds
  3. So glorify the Praises of your Lord, and ask for His Forgiveness. Verily, He is the One Who accepts the repentence and forgives.

it happens on one of the meetings between 'sohabah' discussing the reason 'surah an-Nasr' was received...at the time, Umar ibn Khattab was the chairman of this meeting and he invited Ibn Abbas who at that time was only 15 years old...

talks came about among the sohabah and they argued the presence of Ibn Abbas as he was still young...but Umar ignored them...and he carried on with the meeting...

they were giving their own views on why this surah was sent...naturally many said due to the opening of makkah...when Ibn Abbas turn came, and he was ask for his view, he said...

"this is a sign, Allah was trying to tell us that the time has come for our beloved prophet (s.a.w.) to come back to Him as all his duties were fulfilled"

everyone in the meeting was astonished...how can he decipher such meaning from a simple surah like this...

because...
actually...
during our prophet (s.a.w.) was still alive...

He once prayed for Ibn Abbas the following du'a:

"Ya Allah, understand him (or make him clever in) our religion (islam) and teach him at-ta'wiil (knowledge of interpretation)"

in arabic words ( sorry, i dunno how to use the arabic alphabets on this lappy...)

" Allahumma faqqihhu fiddeen wa 'alimhu at-ta'wiil"

-u can change the 'dhomir' to read it for your self-
add 'i' if for me
add 'na' for us
add 'ka' or 'ki' for you

and so on, no one ever doubts the presence of Ibn Abbas in their meetings.

i apologize if there is any mistake regarding the story as i didn't record it thoroughly, but the lesson and the du'a is one of my priceless diamonds i gained in Egypt...

September 05, 2009

snake hole?...watch out!!!!

skimming for something to write in my blog...finally, i found something out~
a quote that i'd like to share,
i got it from an OnG specialist...dr. fauziah...during FIMA camp in langkawi...
and i managed to jot down about 23 advises from her...let's take the very first one~

"muslim should not go into a snake hole twice!"

the reason she wanted to give us advises as a muslim, doctor-to-be and a volunteer-to-be
so that her younger and suppose to be stronger generations would not make the mistakes she has done...but, nobody is perfect right?...

therefor, learn from our mistake and never repeat it...

our desire

In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Fair in the eyes of men Is the love of things they covet;
Women and sons;
Heaped-up hoards of gold and silver;
Horses branded (for blood and excellence);
And (wealth of) cattle;
And well-tilled land.
Such are the possessions of this world's life;
But in nearness to God is the best of the goals (to return to)

(translation of surah al-imran verse 14 from text, translation and commentary of the holy quran by A. Yusof Ali)

as i ponder around in the Holy Quran yesterday, i came across this verse and it reminds me of a talk not long ago by a sheikh i guess who i have forgotten about...(huhu)

but i remember the contents of his talk which of course triggered my inner mind...

he said that since the early life of human being to this modernized world we live in, there are nothing but these common yearning human has always seek for their life in this world...and Allah has mentioned in the Holy Quran in surah al-Imran verse 14 that they are;
  • wife and children
  • lots of money
  • a luxurious car or vehicle
  • wealth and houses
  • fertile land
either before

now

or in the future

5 things that i bet has cross each of your mind once in a while right?

i typed perfect lifesytle in google image and these came up
???

but in verse 15 Allah continues

Say: Shall I give you glad tidings of things far better than those?
For the righteous are Gardens in nearness to their Lord,
With rivers flowing beneath;
Terein is their eternal home;
With companions pure (and holy);

And the good pleasure of God.
For in God's sight are (all) His servants

(translation from surah al-Imran verse 15)

the point here is, Allah knows what we want but He said, those are just the pleasure of present life, at His side are far better return (paradise, eternity...)

so, don't be frustrated if we cannot reach this present life reward...aim for the eternity...

just curious...does any five of those things ever crossed your mind?

September 03, 2009

make it easy

this morning, as i was flipping the channels, a tv show on astro oasis catches my eyes..."bahtera perubahan"...a talk by dr mohd asri zainul abidin...

his sentence that made me stop pressing the remote control was
"orang yang baru masuk islam pon susah nak faham islam"

mmm...y? he said...(it means like this but he spoke in malay)

before, in Rasulullah time...the young generations heard his preeches and instantly felt unequivocally into forgoing islam...how?
Rasulullah explains the core of being a muslim...simple,straightforward rules
there is only one god which is Allah
Allah 'see' (maha melihat), so His followers understands that Allah sees everything
Allah 'hear' (maha mendengar)....n so on
so that everybody can understand, whether high or low educated people...

but nowadays we complicate our religion, we explain the philosophy of islam, not the 'akidah', eg: types of waters, sifat2 Allah, all the memorizable stuffs...
it's difficult for people who doesnt understand islam yet to practise this, infact, islam is not just memorizing...

"don't make people run away from islam"

i personally think it is true, because...it takes me years to finally understand why i am a muslim even though i was born as one...
being a muslim is not heritable!

September 02, 2009

pain~

assalamualaykum...

a topic of the day...it's been 2 days now since the operation...holding up to the surgical pain made these to days felt longer...but i came to realize, physical pain is more tolerable than emotional pain...

is it really?...this is what keep badgering my mind right now...maybe with anesthetics, it is more tolerable...hehe

"i really need to study how to use this internet properly...mmm...when???"

September 01, 2009

facial expression...

it hurts a lot!!!
not during the surgery...but after...i got 3 teeth out in one go...lucky though, because if it is done separately i don't think i'll go for the second appointment...hehe
n know my face is absolutely distorted~...(like a pear)

so talking about my distorted face...i'd like to point out my thoughts about facial expressions....

before i use to judge what people are thinking based on their facial expression...whether

but, somehow, now i realized...certain people just look like that but they didn't mean it inside.
one example happen to a friend of mine, her upper eyelid is drooped a bit in a nice way though, malays call it "mata kuyu", people tend to think she is sleepy all the time, but she isn't...huhu...

don't judge a person by his expression~

hehe...but at certain times we need to be aware of other's expression so as to not hurt their feelings~

August 30, 2009

"teeth"

"do you know how to become strong?...know your weaknesses first!"

am watching dragonzakura...a very motivational story from the japanese...huhu...a very good booster for my self-down-feeling right now!

tomorrow...31st agust on independence day...am going to be imprisoned in a dental clinic...which i always avoid since i knew colors...but now...i knew better that without experiences i'll never know...
but still...am scared!!!!

"growing"...(can't say matured since i still have "gigi susu")...i realized in life that we have to take chances... staying safe on the sideline...safe forever... won't make us develop...feel all the spices there are in life first then we'll know how to make decisions

so, teeth surgeries would be my next spice...would not hurt "that" much compared to palestinians right?...

go gurl!!!

August 29, 2009

2 days worth of issue~

i've missed a day...huhu...there goes my aim for 30 entries in ramadhan, but...yesterday was a bit hectic...not properly in my house untill 2 a.m.

so, 2 topics should be talked about today... a topic happened about months ago...n another one happened yesterday

________________________________________________________________________________

Egg first or hen first?

March 17, 2009 7:52PM

Dis story happened last Saturday…sory I updated a bit late, my laptop malfunctioned n thnx to ‘dinmat’…it works now…tho am pretty sad d’thesaurus isn’t working…huhu

D’story…

We were having a microbiology lecture on ‘treponema pallidum’. It’s a bacteria causing syphilis…after studying it’s structure, culture bla3…(microbs concern) we took sum of the pathogenesis…n comes d’topic of ‘mode of transmission’… “man is the only host for treponema pallidum n it can only be transmitted btwn humans by close contact!”

The funny thing was when a fren of mine asked a question…

“dr, if treponema can only b infected by human transmission, how can d’first person get infected?”

LOL…

Doesn’t dis question sounds funny?

Sorry, no offense but, if dat’s d’case, how about d’other bacteria…even though dey can b transmitted thru other routes, but still how can d’first creature alive get infected??? It’s like asking who came first, d’hen or d’egg?

Anyway, in a case of bacteria…I hav a damn weird inference,

“mayb… bacteria came from living complex creature out of mutation…”

Is it possible? Juz an assumption…hehe, if not…how can bacteria be confined for example to human only?...n cannot live elsewhere?... for d’hypothesis to come out…do pray I succeed in dis course…:D

metrosexual

august 28

i heard my dad lecturing one of my brothers...well, i can't deny my sibs and i really care about appearence except the little ones...we just like to look good (but i havn't done a good work on that yet have i?...hehe)

anyway, a quote which my dad used on him catches my inner mind there...

"if everybody hates you but allah loves you, you will be safe here and after"

well, well, well...it really hits me... i came to think...do i want to look good for people to like me? because if i do, it would not be worth it if i violate Allah's rule~

but...appearence really matters to me...(so self cautios...urgh!!!)...one of my friend used to say "syok sendiri la tu"...hahaha... but rationally i think...as a muslim...we have to appear proper because we r representatives of our religion...how much concern we are as "duta kecil" malaysia to other countries we should be more concern on how we look to other religion

appearence to me doesn't mean we need to wear expensive dresses...just look clean and smart...

people in other religion looks on the outside first before understanding the beauty and passion that we felt...(like choosing boyfriends and buying cars...hehehe)...a bit dificult for us normal human being to not judge base on physical appearence...

well...this is my oppinion and i do hope that i can maintain it...words are easier said than done~

dont try dis at home

written on february 5, 2009
_______________________________________________________
2 possibilities
feb 5 5:05 a.m.

i've found out sumting really interesting after my trip 2 alexandria wit most of my housemates n few others~

well, again...another particular thing about me i've come to notice...

i dun blend wit public @ crowds easily...lol, dis is my 'assumption' only ok...mayb bcoz i dun like useless talks...

but i end up feelin LONELY...pretty sad ryte?

at first i dun u'stnd y, n i hate being left aside not knowin wut were others talkin about, but i came into a solution...

b prepared 4 2 possibilities...

get it?

e.g.

u r in a crowd of havoc peoples

if u prepare urself wit d'fact dat people'll ignore u even tho u dun like it, u wont feel so bad about urself ryte?...prepare means, bring sum stuffs dat kills ur boredom like novels or games or even music...

plus dis wont make u look so lame...LOL

and, it works wif other personal feeling's problems too...

another e.g.

u were telling one of ur besfren ur biggest problem

if u expected ur fren to not b interested in ur problems b4 telling her/him, so u r prepared...dis'll avoid urself from hating ur fren too much or thinkin she's not so into u

der is always 2 possibilities...n make urself think positive

rmmbr to live ur day wit smiles~....:D

________________________________________________________

a totally lame theory....

i've practically done this after the incident (stupid but worth it!) and end up in a state of absolute depressed!

living in a life where u always expect the consequences is so boring honestly...
u fail to take chances...
no surprises in your life...
and most obviously you became a very boring person...
you tend to be lifeless!

i realized when it's a bit too late...just 3 days before my microbiology written exam where i broke down and decided to just let fate take care of my life...luckily my housemates were there supporting me

so, now i am back to a life of full surprises...
(but still can't avoid being eat up by emotional disturbances..."perempuan!")

husnu az-zonn

this topic today is a word usually used in preaches...why?...because, by implementing "husnu az-zonn" helps to unite people...but hearing about it only will not help us doing it...it is proven easier said than done...

a journal recorded on february 21st 2009..by myself

________________________________________________________________

husnu az-zonn

february 21 3.44 a.m.

Urm, a little bit arabic here~…dat word means think of it in a gud way…

Today, I organized a programme (havnt done dat much work act)…a mentor seminar…anyway, I wasn’t into dat programme much…d thing dat concern me most was my conversation wit kak zatiey~

D’conversation started s I heard husaini said sumting about making d’smart circle lighter and according to d’member’s level, dun make ur mentor member’s annoyed…so I told kak zatiey about an incident happened a few weeks b4 d’midterm xm

At dat tyme, der was dis Dr. dat came from malaysia which I tot wud giv a talk about her career…however, in d’session…she told us about her wonderful experience in UK having d’chance to join “USRAH”…

Y did I highlited dat word~…well I was in a dilemma about all dis societies trying to gather people for d’sake of dakwah n stuffs…plus, frankly…am a bit annoyed at d’way dey invite us to join all those stuff…n having to listen to stuff dat I didn’t expect from dis dr made me made up my mind to leave her session after asking wut I really wanted 2 know about…

I dun hate dakwah n those people gathering n stuff…it’s tottaly up to dem n definitely doesn’t concern me in any way, but…d’way dey presented d”usrah” to me sumhow made me feel…annoyed…(seriously sorry)

So I asked kak zatiey about her oppinion…she b quiet for a while…then she said,

“ am not trying to upset u but I want u to look from another point of view…in surah Nuh, it stated dat prophet Nuh spent “950 years” trying to bid his people on believing in Allah…n inspite being given mor than 9 centuries of tyme, only few answered him n d’others was so determined dat dey put their fingers in their ears puposely not to listen at all!”

Urm…I tot…then she continued…”that dr. myte wanted to tell u guys on how much she missed having d’chance to gather in gps of people dat advices u all d’tyme…now dat she’s working in malaysia, it myte b hard to practise those stuff…n surely, can u continously maintain ur sunat rawatib in malaysia?...so, husnu az-zon lar…she didn’t mean to ask u to join usrah or anything…she was jz glad~”

Sorry dat today’s post is a bit longer than before, but sumhow dis conversation opened my mind…I know dat many people has countlessly told me “try to look on d’bright side”… but dis conversation really did hit me right on my nose…(ouch!)...how I was furiously trying to avoid people’s advice…it was stated in d’Quran act~…

Funny (embarrassing actually) when I realized how stuborn I am…but changing to d’ better good isnt dat easy!...i can do it if I say I wanted to but changing whithout a person’s own will is devastating…and here I realized that changing to become better needs FULL UNDERSTANDING!

__________________________________________________________________________________

mmm...again i apologize for the spelling mistake...feel free to ask...

hope it opens ur mind too~...

erk...(still feeling embarresed...)

August 25, 2009

what about exams???

i don't know why i love to talk about this topic...bluarghh...maybe because i have no idea what to write about or maybe i hope i can be of help to my friends right now...

anyhow...this entry today was written on jan 18th 2009...

my experience~

passed d'first trial
jan 18 3:13 a.m.

how can i descrbe dis feeling?

well...am not dat confident i'll perform dis tyme...never felt confident enuf anyway after any xms...but

i cant deny, today...help really comes

well...jz to scratch down a bit of my xperience here...

i finished writing my answers with another hour 2 spare...it came trhu my mind, y wud i waste my time dis other hour...but i decided to stay...brangan kejap...but then i tot better of it...so i stared at my confidently answered paper...after a while i realized...about 3-4 mistakes...

thank god!...honestly...help really comes unexpected!...

d'lesson here...

wasting tyme = the tyme we spent whithout remembering Allah~

alhamdulillah...

3rd day of ramadhan...really...time runs very fast....huhu

ok...another event that happened on my first year...

to be honest...my actual aim is to study in RCSI...hehe...but miracles happen, i felt calm choosing egypt during filling up jpa's form (almost everybody didn't believe it was my choice...they thought my father talked me into this...'sorry ayah')...but still, i wasn't completely confident.....

so, on my first year winter holiday just after i finished my first exam ever in kasr el aini medical faculty... my friends and i went to 'mount sinai' for hiking...at 1.50 a.m freezing cold at the foot of the mountain, a crazy idea caught into me...

i wasn't confident with myself about medicine...and i thought...why not ask guidance here...i aimed, a stupid aim...

"if i can reach the peek of mount sinai before as-subh, i can succeed in medicine here (egypt) but if i cannot...i would'nt!"

erk~...and up i climbed...with that stupid bet i just made pressuring me...

but i was glad~...glad i made that stupid aim and worked for it...because i did manage to reach the peek befor as subh and, on top of that i am confident with my path right now...plus a lesson came from this experience...

if i am destined to be in a place where i am, so Allah really meant for me to survive...i believe in that clearly because He promises not to put us in a place where we are not able to succeed...

i didn't need to do that bet but i was glad...i learned that i can be pushed further if "I" wanted myself to do it...so, i even in how difficult position we are...we can succeed
